HIV Testing and Education event

Receive free rapid HIV testing and health information Thursday, April 9 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the East Center Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services building, 4825 S Laburnum Ave., in Conference Room 118.

The event will begin with a presentation from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine’s Rob Rodney. He is the director of the HIV Education Program at VCU, and is excited to share recent medical advancements in both the treatment and prevention of HIV. Attendees will also be offered free, fast and confidential HIV test results from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

This event is presented in partnership with the Minority Health Consortium, VCU HIV Education Program, Doing It RVA and Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services.
