The County of Henrico will be constructing a new road to replace a two-lane segment of Scott Road with a combination of four-lane divided and three-lane roadway sections with raised medians, curb and gutter, and a 10’ shared use path. The roadway will extend approximately 2,350 linear feet.

An intersection will be provided at Scott Road/Level Green Road. A roundabout will also be constructed for connections with the future north/south St. Charles Road. The County will construct a segment of the new St. Charles Road from the roundabout to the south approximately 750 linear feet as part of this project. This road will be extended later with the Green City Development.

Additionally, for the Bridge over I-95 Section, the County of Henrico will be constructing a new access road consisting of a four-lane divided parkway with a raised median, curb and gutter, and a 10’ shared use path. The roadway will extend approximately 2,100 linear feet between Englewood Farms Drive to Scott Road and includes a bridge crossing over Interstate 95.
