Mayland Drive and Parham Road Thru-Cut

Magisterial District: Three Chopt

The County of Henrico will be constructing a raised directional concrete island at the intersection of Parham Rd and Mayland Drive to eliminate the thru movement at the intersection. The goal is to increase operations and safety at the intersection.

Design is underway. Right-of-way acquisition completed December 2024. Utility relocation is anticipated in 2nd Quarter, 2025. Construction is anticipated in 3rd Quarter, 2025

Progress to Date

A Public Information Meeting will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Tuckahoe Library from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
