Henrico County 2018-19 Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan- as Amended August 14, 2019
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in 2018-19 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. (Amended August 14, 2019)
