The Henrico County Police Division is proud to provide internationally accredited law enforcement services to Henrico residents, businesses, and visitors. The Division strives to treat all people with respect, compassion, and dignity. Professionalism of our workforce is paramount to maintaining civic trust and safety in our communities.
The Division recognizes employees who have gone above-and-beyond in a variety of ways, including twice annually at our Awards Ceremony, formal commendations in personnel records, and through various internal communications. By submitting your compliment to Henrico Police, you help us recognize the actions of employees who exemplify the Division’s values and guiding principle.
Please Note: No employee of the Police Division is allowed to accept gifts or monetary contributions. Instead contributions may be made to the Henrico Police Foundation, the only approved fundraising organization for the Henrico County Police Division.

When a compliment is filed, the information is documented, submitted to the appropriate supervision and/or executive staff and the officer/employee is notified.
