Court observation
The Henrico County Recovery Court is held every Friday at 1:00 p.m. in Courtroom #3 at the Henrico County Circuit Courthouse located at 4309 East Parham Road, Richmond, VA. All members of the public are invited to observe the Henrico County Recovery Court each Friday.
