County Manager John A. Vithoulkas will host Henrico’s 2025 State of the County address Thursday, Nov. 20, beginning at 7:45 a.m. The presentation by senior officials will highlight projects, accomplishments and achievements across service areas, including finance, economic development, tourism, public safety, housing, sustainability, infrastructure and recreation.
