The Henrico County Police Division adopted its new policing business model, TEMPO, in 2014. TEMPO is an acronym that stands for Technology-Enhanced Modern Policing Operations.
TEMPO incorporates the most effective policing technology and information technology into daily operations to prevent, deter, and respond to crime and quality of life concerns.
