The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

 

  • Accommodations for pedestrians from Winfrey Road on the south side of Woodman Road to safely access the north side of Winfrey Road and/or the Fall Line Trail.    

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 
  • Design is underway. 
  • Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin 06/2023.
  • Utility relocation is not anticipated. 
  • Advertisement for construction is not anticipated. 
  • Construction is anticipated to begin 09/2023.
