Driver’s License Ceremony Information » Henrico County, Virginia

All ceremonies will take place in the Board of Supervisors Administrative Boardroom at 4301 E. Parham Road.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive timely! Persons arriving after 5:00pm WILL NOT be admitted, no exceptions.
You must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
Please bring your Learner’s Permit and/or your Driver Education Certificate, or 90-day temporary driver’s license.
If you are unable to attend, or do not arrive timely, you will automatically be scheduled for the NEXT ceremony listed. After one re-schedule, if you still do not attend, your license will be sent back to DMV.
If you will be 18 or older at the time of your scheduled ceremony, you may pick up your license from the Henrico Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court Clerk’s Office, Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
This is a courtroom proceeding and each licensee and parent must be appropriately dressed. Each attendee is subject to security screening.
