Henrico County is provided entitlement monies from the Department of Housing and Urban Development through three grant programs. These programs are the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Emergency Solutions Grants. The funds from these three federal programs are allocated to program partners in order to undertake activities to serve Henrico County residents.
