Henrico County is provided entitlement monies from the Department of Housing and Urban Development through three grant programs. These programs are the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Emergency Solutions Grants. The funds from these three federal programs are allocated to program partners in order to undertake activities to serve Henrico County residents. Henrico County submitted an amended 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2025-26 Annual Action Plan to HUD on March 11, 2026. The Annual Action Plan is for the program year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 and includes a list of programs funded.
