The Henrico County Sheriff’s Office accepts applications only during an active recruiting period. The hiring process for the Deputy position spans approximately three months.
The Henrico County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Deputies already certified through Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and Correctional Officers already certified through the Criminal Justice Officers Training and Standards Commission. The bonus will be paid in installments with half in the first paycheck, and the second half after your successful probationary period. Apply by September 29.
