your own starter to nurture at home and the knowledge to continue your sourdough journey-while celebrating the women who have helped
shape the world of baking.

Living Well with Chronic Conditions: Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
January 8th- February 12th, 2025 & April 3rd-May 8th, 2025 (Virtual)
The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) has enhanced the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the world. This small group workshop will meet either in person or over Zoom for 6 weeks. The weekly sessions are highly interactive, focusing on building skills, sharing experiences, and support.
