What is the HEART Youth Council?
The mission of the Henrico’s Environmental Action Resource Team Youth Council is to bring together diverse voices from across Henrico County to promote environmental stewardship in our community. Our 20 high school student members explore local conservation efforts, collaborate with county agencies and environmental professionals, and advocate for environmental solutions. Through our annual Environmental Summit and field experiences, we inspire and empower young people to embrace sustainability and make a difference in protecting our environment.
