Note: Minutes of both the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals are published to this site after they have been reviewed and approved by the respective board. Once the minutes are approved and signed by the Chairperson, they are posted to this website. Generally, this process takes approximately 4-6 weeks following the meeting date. Minutes are available for review only, in the Planning Department, 4301 E. Parham Road, approximately 30-days following the meeting. Signed copies of the minutes can be obtained at the Permit Center.
