Magisterial District: Tuckahoe

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

Approximately 250-feet of sidewalk along northern side of Eastridge Rd from N. Parham Rd to existing sidewalk in front of Valero gas station
40-ft of sidewalk connecting “Cook Out” to the adjacent parcel
2 pedestrian signals/crossings

Design is complete
Right-of-way acquisition is complete
Utility relocation is complete
Construction to begin in 2nd Quarter, 2026

A public information meeting for this project was held Wednesday, May 8th from 5:30- 7 pm at Ridge Elementary School, 8910 Three Chopt Rd. Henrico, VA 23229. Meeting documents can be found below.
