Reserve a Recreation Facility

Hosting a birthday party, family reunion, wedding, anniversary celebration, or a group meeting? Consider reserving one of our recreation centers – beautiful spaces and great rates! You can rent no more than one year and no less than 30 days before the requested date. If you are under the 30 day mark, consider a Picnic Shelter.

The Division of Recreation & Parks has several facilities available for rent.

Read through the Facility Reservation Guide linked below. Business Hours for sites are listed here. You can call or visit any open center to check on availability or submit a Facility Reservation Application. Stand Alone sites have 360 Photos on their pages. Call or email to schedule an appointment to tour the facility.

Youth Events (Events for youth ages 15-19)
A “youth event” or an “event for youth” is an event oriented or marketed towards high school-aged and/or early college-aged youth. A Youth Event Requirements Form will need to be completed for youth events. That form can also be found below.

Fees

There is a $200 Security Deposit for all sites and hourly rates based on classification.

All reservations have a 3-hour minimum. Prep Kitchen is included with Ballrooms and Stand Alone Sites.

Armour House:

There is a Garden Package for Armour House with a flat rate fee. The Package provides Friday-Monday grounds access and includes
an 8-hour minimum primary event held on Saturday or Sunday. Additional facility policies can be found in the site specific guide on the website.
