The County of Henrico will be re-constructing the Scott Road bridge across Interstate 95 to join the Garden City Connector Trail. The bridge will be rehabilitated, reconstructed, or replaced for pedestrian and bike use only. Bridge details are TBD.

Design is preliminary  Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin in 3rd Quarter of 2025  Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in 2026 Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin in 2026  Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027
