Project Description
The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be considered, including:
- Reviewing traffic data (volume, speeds), crash data, and identifying potential safety improvements for the corridor –including modifications to the existing roadway configuration (road diet, etc.) and spot improvements to enhance intersection and pedestrian safety.
- Designing bicycle and pedestrian accommodations along Ridge Road from Greene Ridge Road to N. Ridge Road/Forest Avenue.
