2025-30 Consolidated Plan
The 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan is provided to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development every five years outlining how the County of Henrico expects to use federal HUD funds to support community development needs, provide affordable housing, address homelessness, and provide community services to address the needs of low-and moderate- income persons. The plan also provides an overview of the county’s local needs, priority goals, and planned activities and outcomes.
