Bond Referendum 2022
As part of the general-election ballot of Nov. 8, 2022, Henrico voters approved a four-part referendum to issue general-obligation bonds to fund capital projects in all five magisterial districts. The projects are reflected in four categories: schools; recreation and parks; fire stations and public safety facilities; and flood prevention and stormwater drainage.
