Henrico County is hosting a Community Connections Day on Saturday, Aug. 8 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Royal Mart, 3302 Williamsburg Road.

Come out and join the fun!

Guests will enjoy:

  • Free barber haircuts – provided by the Virginia Barber School
  • Employment opportunities
  • Naloxone training and free naloxone to save the life of someone overdosing
  • Safety item giveaway to include gun locks, lock boxes and safe drug disposal kits
  • Henrico County Resources including: Fire, Mental Health, Sheriff’s Office, Empower Task Force, the Dept. of Social Services and Recreation & Parks
  • Pyramid
  • Richmond/Henrico Health District
  • Restoration Church Food Pantry
  • Building Constructive Communities
