Fairfield Forum with Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe D. Cooper III

Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe D. Cooper III will host a Fairfield Forum town hall meeting Thursday, Nov. 20. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Henrico Sports & Events Center, 1 All Star Blvd., Glen Allen.
