Volunteer Opportunity: HCPS McKinney Vento Preparation Day

HCPS McKinney Vento Program is looking for individuals who are willing to lend a helping hand as they prepare for an upcoming event!

This Preparation Day is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, work alongside fellow employees, and help ensure the event space is organized, welcoming, and ready to go.

Volunteers will assist with:

• Moving and arranging tables and chairs
• Organizing and staging event supplies
• Setting up preparation and activity stations
• Assisting with general setup and other needs as they arise
