Request for Public Comment: Cable Franchise

Comcast of Massachusetts/Virginia, Inc. holds a franchise from Henrico County to operate a cable system in the County. The franchise is set to expire on May 14, 2013. As part of the renewal process, the County requests your comments concerning Comcast’s performance and quality of service. The County would also like to hear your comments on the community’s future cable-related needs and interests.
