The UCI Road World Championships, featuring 1,000 premier cyclists from 75 countries, will be held Sept. 19-27 in Richmond and other parts of the region. Areas of Henrico will be directly affected by races on Sept. 19, 20 and 23. Residents should expect road closures, parking disruptions and plenty of excitement.
