Due to the continuing winter storm, Henrico County libraries, parks and recreation centers will close today at 5 p.m.
The county’s public-use disposal areas on Springfield and Charles City roads also will close at 5 p.m.
Henrico County General Government facilities are expected to resume their normal operating schedules on Thursday, March 22.
