Fairfield meeting Jan. 21 to discuss proposed GreenCity development

Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a virtual Constituent Meeting on Thursday, Jan. 21 to discuss GreenCity, a proposed 204-acre development along East Parham Road and Interstate 95.

Thornton will discuss plans for the development with representatives of GreenCity LLC and county staff. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on the Henrico County Government channel on YouTube.com.

GreenCity would repurpose the former Best Products headquarters and Scott Farm property as a model project for environmental sustainability in building redesign.
