Email addresses now end with henrico.gov

The henrico.us address will continue to function and all requests to ‘.us’ for both web and email will be redirected to the new ‘.gov’ address.

Smoke Free Policy

In keeping with Henrico County’s commitment to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees and visitors, a new “smoke free” policy is in effect for the Western Government Center and Eastern Government Center, beginning August 1, 2021.

Designated smoking areas, including cigarette boxes, at these locations will be eliminated. In addition, signs denoting a “Smoke Free Environment” will be placed at each entrance.

The policy prohibits all smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes and similar devices, and applies where “Smoke Free Environment” signs are posted.
