Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a virtual Fairfield Constituent Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 23 to discuss Henrico County’s plans for a bond referendum on the Nov. 8 ballot.
The meeting also will highlight the roles of various boards and commissions and explain how the county is meeting the community’s needs in recreation.
