Henrico County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a Fairfield Constituent Meeting on Monday, Sept. 19 to explain the planning and development process as well as provide an overview of the 2022 bond referendum.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave.
Thornton will be joined by W. Brandon Hinton, deputy county manager for Administration; Chris W. Archer, Fairfield’s representative on the Planning Commission; and Rosemary Deemer, a planner with the Department of Planning.
