Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe D. Cooper III will host a Fairfield District Forum Constituent Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 19 to provide updates related to the Office of Voter Registration & Elections, the Henrico Economic Development Authority, community development, public safety and Henrico County Public Schools.
