Henrico County general government offices and facilities and Henrico courts and clerks’ offices will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, due to this week’s winter storm.
Trash pickup will occur with service on routes that typically are scheduled for Mondays. Collection is expected to continue on a one-day delay through the week. The Springfield Road and Charles City Road public use areas will open at 10 a.m.
