With Henrico’s government offices closed today for inclement weather, the county has extended the deadline for tax payments that were originally due Friday, Dec. 5. The deadline, which applies to installment payments of real estate and personal property taxes for the second half of 2025, is now Monday, Dec. 8.
The extension provides taxpayers with additional time to submit payments without penalty.
Henrico offices will reopen Monday, with normal hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tax payments can be made through the county’s online payment portal, by phone, in person at the Henrico County Government Center or the Eastern Government Center, or by mail. Mailed payments should be postmarked by Dec. 8 and sent to: County of Henrico Tax, P.O. Box 105155, Atlanta, GA 30348-5155. Processing fees are not applied to payments made online or by phone.
