Project Description
The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian safety. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- The installation of self-sustaining light fixtures to light the Virginia Capital Trail from the Richmond City limits south for approximately 1,100-ft to Old Delaware Street.
