Horsepen Road at Three Chopt Road Right Turn Lane (TVRS Improvements)

The County of Henrico plans to extend the existing right turn lane on Horsepen Road at the intersection of Three Chopt Road and realign Normandy Drive approaching Horsepen Road. The following improvements are also planned for the Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad (TVRS) property: 

• Install a new parking area to the east of the TVRS building. 
• Modify and extend the Department of Public Utilities access road south of the TVRS building.
• Modify the parking area on the east side of the TVRS building. 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is underway. 
• Construction is underway. 
• Project completion is anticipated in February 2023.
