  • The County of Henrico constructed approximately 1,200 feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the east side of John Rolfe Parkway between Gayton Road and Lauderdale Drive. Construction also includes a 4-foot grass utility strip, ADA compliant ramps, and pedestrian crossings.
