John Rolfe Parkway Sidewalk

The County of Henrico will be constructing approximately 0.23 miles of 5-foot wide sidewalk with a 4-foot grass utility strip along with ADA compliant ramps along the east side of John Rolfe Parkway between Gayton Road and Lauderdale Drive.
Estimated Schedule
- Design currently underway.
- No right-of-way acquisition required.
- Utility re-locations are anticipated to start on September 2020.
- Advertisement for construction is anticipated March 2021.
- Construction is anticipated to begin July 2021.
- Project completion is anticipated July 2022.
