The County of Henrico will be constructing the following accommodations:

  • Improvements at the intersection of N Gayton Road and Liesfeld Farm Drive.
  • Single lane roundabout located approximately 700’ west of N Gayton Road at the intersection with Liesfeld Farm Drive.
  • Approximately 800 linear feet of new roadway alignment connecting the roundabout and the intersection of N Gayton Road and Liesfeld Farm Drive.
  • Turn Lanes.
  • Three (3) roadway stubs from the proposed roundabout to facilitate future connections.
  • Shared-use path, sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm sewer, stormwater management, traffic signals, pavement markings, signs, maintenance of traffic, landscaping, and lighting improvements.

Estimated Schedule:

  • Design is complete.
  • Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
  • Utility relocation is complete.
  • Advertisement for construction began 4th Quarter, 2025.
  • Construction is anticipated to begin 1st Quarter, 2026.
