Mt. Olive Ave and Trolley Lane Improvements

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

The removal of the existing connection of Mt. Olive Ave. to Mountain Road and constructing a new connection which reduces the existing skewed orientation.
A right turn lane from Mountain Road to the new connection with Mt. Olive Ave. will be constructed.
Upgrading the existing gravel road which parallels the Dominion Energy transmission line easement.
The removal of the existing connection of Trolley Lane and Mountain Road.
