Project Description
The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- The removal of the existing connection of Mt. Olive Ave. to Mountain Road and constructing a new connection which reduces the existing skewed orientation.
- A right turn lane from Mountain Road to the new connection with Mt. Olive Ave. will be constructed.
- Upgrading the existing gravel road which parallels the Dominion Energy transmission line easement.
- The removal of the existing connection of Trolley Lane and Mountain Road.

- Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in the 4th Quarter, 2026.
