Nuckols Rd Pedestrian Improvements

Design and construct sidewalk on the north side of Nuckols Road between Springfield Rd and Energy Way (formerly Capital One Way). Work will include crosswalks and pedestrian signals at the Nuckols Road and Energy Way intersection.
