Project Description:
- The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Trail restroom facilities on property at the southeast corner of Lakeside Avenue and Park Street and adjacent to the Fall Line Trail.
- Additional trailside amenities

- ROW is not anticipated.
- Utility relocation is not anticipated.
- Advertisement for construction is anticipated in 2027.
