Project Description:

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
- Trail restroom facilities adjacent to the former Bank of America building and the Fall Line Trail along Park Street.
- Additional trailside amenities

Estimated Schedule:

Fall Line Trail portion of project opened in July 2024.
Utilities to serve future restroom installed in May 2024.
Design began August 2023.
Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin 3rd quarter 2024.
Construction is anticipated to begin 4th quarter 2024.
