Project Description:

• The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:
  • Trail restroom facilities on property at the southeast corner of Lakeside Avenue and Park Street and adjacent to the Fall Line Trail.
  • Additional trailside amenities

 

Estimated Schedule:

• Design is underway.
• ROW is not anticipated.
• Utility relocation is not anticipated.
• Advertisement for construction is anticipated in the 3rd Quarter, 2026.
• Construction is anticipated to begin in the 4th Quarter, 2026.
