This project will begin phased development of the Tuckahoe Park Master Plan adopted by the Henrico Board of Supervisors in 2008 and amended and approved again April 14, 2021- POD2021-00159. The amended master plan by consultants CHA and HG Design incorporates an additional 2.62 acres into the previously approved park master plan and relocates the main facility access from Little League Drive to John Rolfe Parkway as part of the proposed Phase I development.

The funding for this project is from the 2016 Bond Referendum and became available July 1 ,2021, the beginning of the new fiscal year. 

Updates to the project will be available later this year (2024).
