This project will begin phased development of the Tuckahoe Park Master Plan adopted by the Henrico Board of Supervisors in 2008 and amended and approved again April 14, 2021- POD2021-00159. The amended master plan by consultants CHA and HG Design incorporated an additional 2.62 acres into the previously approved park master plan. Funding for this project is from the 2016 Bond Referendum.

Community Amenities:

• Large playground
• Paved trail network
• Additional parking near John Rolfe entrance
• Sports field improvements
• Two new restroom buildings

Schedule:

• Field improvements have begun and will be ongoing
• The larger construction projects will kick off after the 2026 spring/summer season
