Henrico County 2012-2013 Annual Consolidated Development Action Plan
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG and HOME funds in 2012-13 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds.
