In PersonFinancing Statements, Continuations, Amendments, Assignments, Partial Releases, and Terminations relating to real estate in Henrico County filed pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code are recorded in the Land Records of the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. Recording fees are $20.00 per document.
Payment may be made by cash, check/money order (payable to Clerk, Henrico Circuit Court) or credit card. There is a 2% credit card transaction fee.
