Permanent Supportive Housing Peer Recovery Specialist
A Peer Recovery Specialist can relate to individuals that have struggles with mental health and/or substance use disorders through lived experiences. They provide extra support for those in need of resources relative to their circumstances. Agency peer specialists also facilitate groups and activities on various topics to assist program participants in learning recovery and independent living skills.
