Revive Training

Revive Training is available for anyone who wants to learn how to use naloxone (Narcan) to save lives by reversing opiate overdoses. Revive trainings typically last 1-1.5 hours and are available in face-to-face or virtual formats. We are happy to accommodate large group training requests with advance notice. For those who have completed the training, free naloxone is available to all who have contact with individuals at risk of overdose. Naloxone is available directly for face-to-face trainings, by pick-up at a HAMHDS office location, or via mail. Please contact our Access Services Call Center at (804) 727-8515 to schedule a Revive training.

Revive trainings are also offered at community outreach events throughout the year. For a list of upcoming outreach events, please visit the Empower Henrico website and click on ‘Events’. The Mobile MAT Program also provides free Revive training during Mobile Clinic hours.
