Getting Started
- Use an email address you check regularly. It’s how we’ll communicate with you and how you’ll reset your password if needed.
- Enter your name as you’d like it to appear. Spelling, capitalization, and name order all matter when a hiring manager is reviewing your application.
- Browse our open positions and hit Apply on any role that fits your interests and experience.
Track Your Application
- Log in anytime to see the real-time status of every position you’ve applied to.
- You’ll be notified as your application moves through each stage.
- The portal is mobile-friendly, so you can check in from any device.
Screening & Interviewing
- After a position closes, applications are reviewed against the qualifications outlined in the posting.
- Please allow several weeks for review. Timelines vary with applicant volume and hiring team workload.
- If you’re selected to move forward, a member of our team will reach out directly.
Reference Checks and Job Offer
- Candidates moving toward an offer will be asked to provide two professional references.
- Once references are completed, Human Resources will extend a conditional offer to the top candidate.
- Any conditions of employment, such as a background check or DMV record review, will be outlined at that time.
Onboarding
- You’ll receive an email with a link to your online onboarding portal, where you’ll complete your new hire paperwork and find first-day reporting information.
- Orientation for full-time and permanent part-time employees is held at our Training Center, 7701 E. Parham Road, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Hourly employee onboarding is scheduled by appointment with HR.
