10th Annual Public Safety Games Final Event

Who will be the fittest public safety agency in Henrico County?

You’re invited to the final showdown of the 10th Annual Public Safety Fitness Games, Henrico’s annual fun & friendly fitness competition between the men and women of the Henrico County Police & Fire Divisions for the “Fittest Public Safety Division of the Year” title.

The final competition is set for Monday, May 4, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Richmond Raceway’s Old Dominion Building; doors open at 5 p.m. Ten athletes each from the divisions will go head-to-head in four different fitness challenges focused on strength, cardio, work capacity and a relay. This won’t be for the faint of heart!

There are several activities planned for this event beyond the fitness competition. A DJ will be on-site complete with a dance team performance, food trucks, doors prizes (restaurant gift cards, clothing, a Yeti cooler, Flying Squirrels swag, golf items, and more!), and Star Wars themed photo-opportunities for “May the 4^th be with you!” including a visit from the 501^st Legion.

Star Wars themed attire is encouraged!
